White Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dried white beans
    9 c. chicken broth, divided
    2 garlic cloves
    2 onions
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies
    2 tsp. cumin
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    4 c. cooked chicken
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Combine beans, 6 cups broth and half the onions and cook 2 to 3 hours.
    Saute remaining onions.
    Add rest of the ingredients; simmer 1 hour.
    Can serve topped with grated cheese.
