Chantilly Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    4 Tbsp. grated American cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Peel and wash potatoes. Cook in boiling salted water until done. Drain and mash with the butter and milk and beat until light and fluffy. Season with salt and pepper.
    Pour into buttered casserole.
    Cover with the cream, whipped until stiff, and sprinkle with the cheese and paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown on top. Parmesan cheese may be substituted. These are especially good with spicy roast beef.
