Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper (black)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. finely crushed corn flakes
    1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Sprinkle the crushed corn flakes over mixture.
    Drizzle with melted margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes, covered with foil.
    Uncover for 10 to 15 minutes to brown.
    Thaw hash browns in refrigerator for 1 hour before cooking.
