Stuffed Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage, chopped or shredded
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion
2 cans tomato soup
1 1/2 cans water
1 c. Mozzarella
Preparation

Saute the ground beef and onion.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, place the cabbage.
Spoon beef mixture over cabbage.
Put the soup and water into saucepan and bring to a boil.
Pour over cabbage and rice. Sprinkle Mozzarella over all and cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
