Honeymooner'S Casseroles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack with jalapeno peppers
    1/2 c. diced, cooked ham
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. half and half
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes.
    Press potatoes between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
    Grease 2 (8 ounce) casseroles.
    Arrange potatoes evenly in bottom of each.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Reduce oven to 350\u00b0.
    Add cheeses and ham.
