Taco Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 pkg. Lawry's taco seasoning
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 large onion, chopped
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch buttermilk salad dressing mix
1 can chopped green chilies
1 can kidney beans
1 can yellow hominy
1 can pinto beans (with jalapenos)
2 cans Del Monte original stewed tomatoes
2 cans unsalted pinto beans
Preparation

Brown meat; drain. Add onion and seasonings.
Stir in (do not drain liquids) remaining ingredients.
Simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
