Turkey Chili Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    6 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Saute turkey, onions, pepper and celery until meat is no longer pink.
    Drain, reserving juice.
    Set aside.
