Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, heated thoroughly
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/4 c. oleo
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 (8 oz.) bag shredded Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions.
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch glass dish; put rice evenly in bottom.
    Saute onions and celery in oleo until transparent.
    Stir in soups, cheese and broccoli.
    Mix well. Pour over rice.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    A great pot luck dish.
