No Fat Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. clear broth
    1/2 medium tomato
    1/2 large celery, chopped
    3 Tbsp. shredded cabbage
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    1 carrot, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine broth and vegetables; cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Yields 2 servings, 16 calories per servings.
