Sweet And Sour Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. malt vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except cornstarch in a small saucepan; mix well.
Remove 1/4 cup of mixture.
Stir in the cornstarch and set aside.
Cook the juice mixture over medium heat until bubbly. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and continue cooking until smooth and thickened.
