Vietnamese Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts
    2 to 3 lb. cabbage
    1 c. peanuts, crushed
    2 medium onions
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. sugar
    3 tsp. fish sauce (from Oriental grocery store)
    dash of lemon
    1 tsp. Vietnamese hot sauce
    2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
Preparation
    Marinade:
    Combine onions, vegetable oil, sugar, fish sauce, lemon juice and Vietnamese hot sauce.
