Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chicken, cut in large chunks
2 c. celery, chopped
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 pimiento, cut up
2/3 c. slivered almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise or 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Put in 8 x 12-inch casserole dish.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, then crushed potato chips on top. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
