Dad'S Chicken Breading - cooking recipe

Ingredients

chicken
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage

Preparation

Mix ingredients.
Coat chicken with breading.
Brown chicken. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes or 20 minutes on High in microwave, covered.
