Chili(For Burgers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. lean hamburger
    water (to cover hamburger)
    onion (optional)
    1 bottle Heinz chili sauce
    1 c. Hunt's catsup
    2 to 4 Tbsp. chili powder (if not using Heinz sauce)
Preparation
    Simmer first 2 ingredients until hamburger is brown. Add other ingredients and simmer until thickened. If using more than 1 1/2 pounds of hamburger, add some chili powder.
