Turkey Fettuccini Marinara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fresh turkey breast slices (about 1 lb.)
    1 to 2 tsp. olive oil
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. each: black pepper and dried thyme
    8 oz. fettuccini (4 c. cooked)
    14 1/2 oz. can Italian tomatoes
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    4 to 6 drops hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Cook fettuccini; drain.
    Set aside.
    Using nonstick skillet with cooking spray, cook turkey breasts 1 1/2 to 2 minutes per side or until lightly browned.
    Remove from skillet; keep warm. Add olive oil, mushrooms, onion, pepper and thyme.
    Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until onion is tender.
    Stir in fettuccini. Remove from heat; keep warm.
