Oven Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef roast
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    On large sheet of foil, place roast, which has been rinsed and wiped with paper towel.
    Over roast, spread the mushroom soup. Sprinkle on dry onion soup mix.
    Salt sparingly, then pepper. Close foil tightly and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for about 3 hours.
    Makes 6 to 7 servings.
