Fresh Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large green pepper, thinly sliced
1 large Vidalia onion, sliced thinly
2 large tomatoes, cut into sixteenths
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
2 yellow squash, thinly sliced
1/2 c. fresh parsley, diced finely
2 c. broccoli florets
1 pkg. Good Seasons Zesty Italian (pre-made)
Preparation

Put all vegetables in a bowl.
Add 1/2 tablespoon seasoned salt and pepper to taste.
Cover with Zesty Italian.
Cover bowl; refrigerate about 3 hours.
Lasts a long time!! Serves 10 to 12.
