Chocolate Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. cocoa minus 1 tsp.
    3 c. milk
    3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour, cornstarch and cocoa in saucepan or double boiler.
    Gradually stir in milk.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
    Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat.
    Gradually stir at least half of hot mixture into egg yolks that have been beaten.
    Then blend into hot mixture in double boiler.
    Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened.
    Blend in butter and vanilla.
    Pour into a 9-inch baked pie shell.
    Top with meringue or Cool Whip.
