Buzzy'S Vermouth Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. scallops
    1/2 c. dry vermouth
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    4 to 5 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Marinate scallops in vermouth for several hours in the refrigerator.
    Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet.
    Add salt, pepper, paprika and garlic.
    Add scallops and cook quickly over high heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown (5 to 10 minutes).
    Transfer to a heated platter.
    To pan juices, add parsley, lemon juice and remaining butter.
    Heat and pour over scallops.
