Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. butter
    2 c. self-rising flour
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    4 unbeaten eggs
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 1/4 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Cut butter into flour and sugar until particles are fine in texture.
    Press into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until set but not brown.
    Combine eggs, brown sugar, coconut, pecans and vanilla extract.
    Mix well and spread on partially baked dough.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes being careful not to overcook.
    Frost immediately.
    Cool and cut into bars.
