Dinner In A Pumpkin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small-medium pumpkin
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
Preparation
    Cut off top of pumpkin and clean.
    Brown ground beef.
    Add soy sauce, sugar, mushrooms and soup.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Add rice, chestnuts and onion.
    Spoon mixture into pumpkin.
    Replace top. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 on baking sheet.
    Serve directly from the pumpkin, using it's meat as a vegetable.
