Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    1 pkg. frozen onions, thawed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix everything together and put into large casserole dish. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 300\u00b0 for one hour.
