Chicken Veloute Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2 c. chicken stock
3/4 c. cream
Preparation

Melt butter in a heavy saucepan.
Add flour, salt and pepper, stirring to blend well.
Gradually add stock and cook over medium heat until thickened.
Add cream and heat through.
Good served over sauteed or grilled chicken.
