Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. corn meal (self-rising)
2 eggs
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 c. sour cream
1 c. white creamed corn
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Mix well.
Pour mixture in baking dish.
Spread 1/2 cheese. Pour in rest.
Spread remainder of cup of cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until brown (45 minutes).
