Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. flour
2 tsp. paprika
1 fryer, cut up
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan in 425\u00b0 oven.
Combine dry ingredients in paper or plastic bag.
Shake pieces of chicken in bag until well coated.
Arrange in pan, skin side down.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken over and bake 20 minutes more.
Add five minutes per side for large fryer.
