Thank You Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium potatoes, diced
1 large onion, diced
1 lb. browned, ground chuck
1 can vegetable beef soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (your choice)
Preparation

Spread diced potatoes on bottom of casserole dish.
Put diced onion on top of the potatoes and ground chuck on top of onion. Pour vegetable soup over ground chuck and mushroom soup over vegetable soup.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
