Molasses Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. molasses
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Mix together sugar, whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Combine milk, water and molasses.
Add to dry ingredients.
Mix until smooth.
Add walnuts.
Pour into 9 1/4 x 5 1/4 x 2 1/2-inch greased loaf pan.
Let stand 20 minutes.
Bake in 350\u00b0
oven for 1 1/2 hours.
Cool for 5 minutes.
Remove from pan. Cool.
Bread will slice in nice thin slices if stored overnight.
