Outside-In Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
    3 Tbsp. catsup or mustard
    8 hamburger buns, split
    lettuce
    tomatoes
Preparation
    Shape beef into 16 (1/4-inch thick) patties.
    For filling, combine cheese and catsup or mustard.
    Place about 2 tablespoons filling on each of 8 patties. Top with remaining patties. Press edges. Chill 3 hours. Grill, turning once.
    Serve with lettuce and tomatoes.
