Buttermilk Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. oil
4 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water.
Let set 5 minutes.
Add oil.
Add dry ingredients.
Add milk; mix.
Knead.
Place in a greased bowl. Cover and refrigerate.
Pinch into biscuits and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
