Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. quick oats
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Pour boiling water over oats; add butter, stir and let set for 20 minutes.
Beat in both sugars and eggs.
Add flour, salt, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla, and lastly the nuts.
Mix all together and bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0 in square pan.
