Spinach Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 celery sticks
4 eggs
1 turkey liver
1 c. butter, melted
1 whole onion
3 to 4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 loaves bread, broken up into pieces
2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans spinach, chopped
Preparation

Put first 8 ingredients in blender and blend until it's liquid. Combine broken bread, spinach and blender ingredients in a large bowl; mix.
Bake in 2-quart casserole 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
Serves 8 to 10 people.
