Orange Roll Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 yeast cake
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 tsp. grated orange rind
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Add shortening, sugar and salt.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Add yeast.
    Let stand 5 minutes for yeast to rise.
    Add beaten eggs, orange juice and rind.
    Beat thoroughly.
    Add flour slowly and work in well.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
