Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. lard
    1 scant Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 small egg
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    With pastry blender cut lard into dry ingredients.
    Beat egg, water and vinegar together.
    Stir into flour; chill.
    This may be frozen in a lump or rolled into crusts and freeze.
