Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

2 c. water
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 large box strawberry jello
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 frozen pie shells
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
2 pt. strawberries
Preparation

Bake pie shells; follow directions on package.
Wash and cap strawberries; set aside.
Boil 2 cups water, 2 cups sugar and 4 tablespoons cornstarch until thick.
Add jello; set aside for later.
Mix cream cheese, milk, and sugar until creamy.
Then fold in Cool Whip.
Pour cream cheese mixture into baked pie shells. Then add strawberries.
Top with jello mixture; chill.
