Hominy Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    4 cans hominy, drained and rinsed
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped and drained
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Melt butter and saute onions and tops for 3 minutes.
    Add hominy and heat until warm.
    Add sour cream, chilies, pepper and salt; heat until bubbly.
    Stir in parsley.
    Top with cheese. Broil until cheese melts.
