Light Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. thinly sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. ready to serve beef broth
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, cook mushrooms and onion in butter until tender, stirring occasionally.
    Add beef broth and simmer 5 minutes.
    Add cornstarch mixture; cook and stir 1 minute or until thickened and bubbly.
    Makes 6 servings.
