Breakfast Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, cubed
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    3/4 lb. grated Cheddar
    1 pkg. turkey breakfast sausage, browned
    4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. white wine
Preparation
    Layer bread, cheese and chopped sausage in a rectangular casserole dish and then repeat.
    Mix eggs, milk and mustard together.
    Pour over top with mushrooms.
    Refrigerate overnight.
