Oatmeal-Raisin Pockets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
    3 Tbsp. orange marmalade
Preparation
    Stir
    together\tflour,\tcinnamon,
    baking powder, salt, baking soda
    and\tnutmeg.
    In a large mixer bowl, beat butter until softened.
    Add brown sugar; beat until fluffy.
    Add eggs and vanilla
    and beat well.
    Add flour mixture and beat until well mixed.
    Stir in oats.
    Shape into 2 (7-inch) rolls.
    Wrap and chill for 6 hours or overnight.
