Zesty Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 beaten egg
1 large onion, minced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
several drops of hot sauce
Preparation

Combine ground beef, egg, onion and salt.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Cook at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes (5 minutes each side).
Combine chili sauce, jelly, lemon juice and hot sauce.
Cook over medium heat until jelly melts.
Simmer meatballs with sauce for 5 minutes.
