Potato Cheese Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 stick margarine
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 pt. half and half
Preparation
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Add cheese, then half and half. When thoroughly melted and mixed, pour over frozen potatoes in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
