Ham And Cheese Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    1 tsp. shortening
    6 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs
    6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) shredded Cheddar or American cheese
    6 oz. (1 c.) diced ham
    paprika (if desired)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Scrub potatoes and pat dry.
    Rub each potato with shortening.
    Prick several places with fork.
    Bake for about 1 hour or until done.
    Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out inside, leaving a thin shell.
