Oatmeal Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. dark corn syrup
    1 c. quick cooking oats
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Add cinnamon, cloves and salt; stir in syrup.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Stir in oats.
    Pour filling into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean. Oatmeal forms chewy, nutty crust on top.
