Molasses Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 to 4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. baking molasses
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. hot water
2 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Mix well.
Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
