Beer Batter For Fish, Zucchini Or Onion Rings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. flour
12 oz. can beer
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Whip ingredients, cover and refrigerate for 1 day.
Heat deep oil to very hot.
Dip fillets or vegetables in batter.
Let drip, then fry, keeping oil moving.
Turn with slotted spoon.
Fry until medium brown.
Clear oil periodically of drips.
Drain on paper towel.
Keep in oven.
