Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms (approximately 30)
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation

Remove stems from mushroom caps.
Chop and set aside.
Cook sausage in skillet; drain, but reserve 2 tablespoons of drippings. Cook stems in drippings over medium heat until tender.
Remove from heat and add sausage, cheese and crumbs.
Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Fill caps with mixture and bake for 15 minutes.
