Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium bell peppers
    2 c. cooked and drained ground beef
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    1 can cream of tomato soup
Preparation
    Steam peppers 5 minutes.
    Combine remaining ingredients, reserving 1/2 can of soup.
    Mix well.
    Fill peppers with stuffing mix.
    Bake in shallow pan at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Pour remaining soup over peppers.
    Return to oven.
    Bake 15 minutes.
