Dilly Casserole Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. creamed cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
1 Tbsp. dry minced onion
2 tsp. dill seed
1/4 tsp. soda
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 unbeaten egg
Preparation

Soften yeast in water.
Combine rest of ingredients in bowl. Add flour to form stiff dough.
Cover; let rise (85\u00b0 to 90\u00b0) until double, 50 to 60 minutes.
Stir down.
Turn into greased 8-inch round casserole (1 1/2 to 2-quart).
Let rise 30 to 40 minutes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
Brush with soft butter and sprinkle with salt.
