Moby Dick'S Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 c. milk
1 c. cracker meal
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
2 tsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Gulden's wet mustard
1 tsp. grated horseradish
2 eggs
diced celery
diced onion
1 lb. lump crab meat
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in small bowl.
Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl.
Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
Let mixture set until it turns to jello thickness.
Mix crab meat in carefully; do not break up crab lumps.
Place piles of crab mixture onto greased baking pan.
Broil until golden.
