Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Crisco oil
1/4 c. Crisco shortening
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 c. raw apples
1 c. nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream sugar, oil and shortening.
Add eggs.
Sift flour, salt and soda together.
Add flour mixture and apples alternately to sugar mixture.
Stir in nuts and vanilla.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
