Golden Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, cooked with skins
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    2 Tbsp. butter (to dot on top)
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese (optional)
    corn flakes (optional)
Preparation
    Peel and grate potatoes into a large bowl with onions and grated cheese.
    Heat can of Cheddar cheese soup with 1/4 cup butter until melted.
    Remove and blend in sour cream.
    Add to potatoes and stir lightly.
    Cook in a buttered casserole dish. Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle corn flakes over top.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
